The General Assembly

The General Assembly is the supreme governing body and highest decision making authority of the APC. The General Assembly is held once every two years. It is responsible for general direction including defining the vision of the APC; Elect the Executive Board i.e. the APC President, the two Vice Presidents and other Members; approve and admit new members; approve APC membership fee recommended by EB; approve procedures and regulations for nomination and election of Executive Board members; receive and accept the reports of the Executive Board and various committees; approve amendments to the APC Constitution, approve the minutes of the previous General Assembly among others.
